Sectoral diagnosis of the work force
The sectoral diagnosis exists to better understand the state of the work
force and employment in a sector of activity and propose models of
intervention.
It is generally the Sectoral
Committees of the Work Force that produce these diagnoses. However, the
Associate Branch of Sectorial Intervention can proceed with such diagnoses
in the sectors not covered by a committee.
Analysis of trade and professions
The analysis of trade or profession helps to :
- better understand the trades and professions of the
sector of activity or the industry concerned
- highlight the characteristics of a trade or a
profession and the context in which it functions
- create the inventory of the tasks related to a
trade or a profession and the necessary skills to execute it
- define the tasks, functional demands, and skill profiles.
The "Direction générale adjointe de l'intervention
sectorielle" and the work force sectoral committees conduct these
analyses.
