Job search services at the Grande Bibliothèque
Emploi-Québec and Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec (BAnQ) are partnering to disseminate information on the labour market.
The Centre emploi-carrière, located on the second floor of the Grande Bibliothèque, provides similar services to those offered in the multiservice room of local employment centres (CLEs), namely, access to computers to browse job listings, specialized reference material and help from assistance officers.
Free information workshops on the Montréal job market are offered at the Grande Bibliothèque, 475 boulevard De Maisonneuve Est, Montréal (metro station Berri-UQAM). Held in the evening, the workshops give participants useful information and tools for seeking employment or choosing a career.
